Privacy is Your RIGHT!
When it comes to online marketing, this is a VERY important issue. Privacy is your RIGHT. It is not something that you should have to ask for. We have laws in the United States that protect people's privacy. However, on the Internet people's rights get trampled all the time. This is totally unacceptable to us. One of Inetekk's primary objectives beyond the specific goals of each of our systems is to help lead the way to protect people's individual rights online. This includes addressing the issue of SPAM. Unlike ALL of the self-proclaimed "Anti-SPAM" web sites and organizations out there today, Inetekk seeks to both offer a defense for SPAM as well as a solution to the problem itself!

First, with regards to privacy, you have to understand the reality of the Internet today. We have done extensive research in this area over the years and have been able to document outrageous privacy violations by ALL of our so-called "competitors". You see, to them they look at their subscribers, not only as a direct source of revenue, but an INDIRECT source as well. It is very common for these companies to actually sell their database to other groups. They will swear to you that they will not do this. But actions speak louder than words. And while this is clearly wrong, the state of Internet law today makes it very difficult for justice to be served.

What's worse is that we're not just talking about all of the "fly by night" companies out there. You might be interested to know that companies like Microsoft, Yahoo, and AOL also sell your personal information. This is very well documented. We've done hundreds of tests with companies, large and small, where we provided them with a unique email address (that we never used anywhere again), and did NOT offer permission for them to share this information. Over time, however, each of these unique email addresses started to receive junk email or SPAM. This is ONLY possible by them having shared this information with others! We have email addresses that were only used for a single submission where privacy was "guaranteed" that today literally receive 10,000s of SPAM emails each day!

So what's the point you might ask? Everybody CLAIMS that they will keep information private - how can you know which ones actually will? Simple - look for legitimate 3rd party validation! Inetekk, and all of the systems we provide, enjoy a huge amount of 3rd party validation - by sources that really count. NONE of our competitors can say this. If they do - go do your own research. It's also important to know that even in the event one of our subscribers cancels their membership, their personal information remains secure - it will never be sold or revealed to anyone! Furthermore, even the leads/contacts that the cancelled subscriber has generated using our system will remain secure - as well as their contact information! We do this because it is the right thing to do. Could we legally make more money by selling or using this information somewhere else? The answer is YES. Would it be morally right? Of course not - which is why it will NEVER happen.

SPAM - Dealing With the Problem AND Offering a Solution
You may not realize it, but SPAM (or unsolicited email) directly threatens your personal privacy. For example, if even one person or company sends you SPAM, your privacy has be permanently violated - others will also immediately have access to your email address. You will start to receive more and more SPAM - requiring you to try and contact each sender to have them remove your email from their list... but it will be too late. SPAM spreads like a cancer and the email list that your name is on will eventually end up in numerous other lists. You will be powerless to stop this. It will be sold to anyone who want to buy it - for cheap. Is that what your privacy is worth?!

We didn't ask for it... but somehow the responsibility for leading the way towards dealing with the issue of SPAM has fallen to us. There are a lot of "Anti-SPAM" services out there like SpamCop, SPEWS, etc. that claim to offer solutions to the problem of SPAM. These companies compile massive black lists of other companies and individuals that allegedly contribute to the SPAM problem. Admitably, a large number of the companies on those lists probably are SPAMers - and should be punished accordingly. The problem is that the policy with regards to SPAM is "guilty until proven innocent" (and even when proven innocent, these same companies are punished further).

That's crazy! ...you might say. How could companies like SpamCop get away with that? After all, aren't they seeking to rid the world of SPAM?

Well, ask yourself this question: With an estimated 200,000 subscribers, at least 20% of which are paying a $30/year membership fee under the pretext of "preventing SPAM" - and the opportunity to increase membership percentages as the issue of SPAM becomes more and more visible, what would happen if SPAM did disappear?

These companies would lose $$ Millions in annual revenue!

...that's the last thing they want to see happen. For them, the existence of SPAM is how they make their money. NONE of them actually offer a proactive solution that prevents SPAM from occurring in the first place!
